Return Costs

Damaged or incorrect items: There is no cost to the customer if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Piule will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Customer remorse (change of mind): If you ordered the wrong item, the size does not fit, or you no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking fee: Piule does not charge any restocking fees.
